1. Scope of Services
These terms govern the provision of digital and consulting services by SEO Extraction Paris ("the Agency") to the client. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide necessary access, information, and timely feedback required for the Agency to perform its duties. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.
3. Delivery and Timelines
All services are delivered digitally. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not legally binding deadlines unless explicitly stated in a signed contract.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client assumes ownership of the final deliverables. The Agency retains the right to use non-confidential project outcomes as case studies, unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Limitation of Liability
SEO Extraction Paris does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, traffic volumes, or search engine rankings due to the volatile nature of third-party algorithms. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
